2 months!

I just couldn't resist putting these up on our blog, even though they're basically all the same picture.  We just want everyone to get to see how precious she is :).  We're very proud :).

Dining Out!

Brinley has only actually slept in her crib a handful of times
(at night she sleeps next to our bed).  Here she is enjoying her big girl bed
(when I went in to check on her, she was awake, admiring her pretty bumper,
and studying the letter "b" on her bumper).

Enjoying a book.

Tummy time!

Since it's still flu season, Brinley Mae doesn't get out much.
We finally decided she was old enough to venture out into a restaurant.
Here we are at Cracker Barrell.  Thanks for the gift card Martin family and CCC!

Trying to capture another smile! This one is a little blurry because she was wiggling so much.
Hanging out with Dad.

Pretty typical to have this expression right after eating.

Friends come to visit!

"The Merediths came!!"  Meredith and Meredith were some of my housemates (and sorority sisters) from college.  They both live in Cincinnati now and were sweet enough to make the trip down south to come help out and visit our bundle of joy :).
Here's Brinley getting to know our best friends.

Brinley loving being a part of the girl talk.

Lots of smiles for Mer.

Mer and Mer are REALLY good with babies and Brinley had a lot of fun with them.
They even babysat little Brinley Mae so Karl and I could go out.  Thanks guys!!

AOII's with a future sister :).

Not only does Brinley have AOII in her future, but also Miami.
Mer picked up some Miami gear so she could go ahead and start spotin' it!

What a great time we had!  Thanks girls for coming to see us!!!

Introducing a bottle!

We got a little behind on pictures this month considering she's almost 2 months old, and these are from one month--I just can't resist posting them, though because they're so cute :).

so big!  (taken Feb. 20th)

Brinley is a very easy-going baby.  We waited until 5 weeks to try out the bottle--
and she accepted it without hesitation!  However, she hasn't tried it since...
so hopefully she'll still like it if she needs to take one!

Karl even used the boppy!

One morning Brinley fell asleep in her bounce seat while I was
 getting dressed --so sweet :)

Trying to capture a smile at 5 weeks--but she was too quick for me :).
Brinley now 8 weeks, smiles when she sees faces--mom, dad,
or anyone who smiles at her.

Taking a nap :).
